VIDEOS

Q: When will you make another video?
A: I will no longer be making Bratz videos, I'm really sorry!

Q: Why did you stop making videos?
A: I began making videos with Bratz dolls for fun and to experiment with my new digital camera and editing program. I didn't expect the reaction I received from my viewers during the first few months of making videos and after only a year I had 1,000 subscribers. At the time I enjoyed filming and editing videos, but as I got older and became overwhelmed with school I realized that making Bratz videos wasn't something I enjoyed anymore. While I wasn't on YouTube or busy with schoolwork I was creating new video projects with my friends without Bratz dolls. I continued to interact with my fans and ensure them I would finish FLB for them, but after that I knew that it was time for me to move on. It was a personal choice I made and I hope my fans can accept the fact that I have other responsibilities in life that I need to focus on.

Q: How do you make the dolls move without touching them?
A: I hold the dolls by their feet so my hands aren't in sight when I film.

Q: What camera do you use?
A: I use a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC H20 (2009 model).

Q: What editing program do you use?
A: I use iMovie HD (2005) for iMac's.

Q: How do you get two voices at once?
A: I remove the audio of the video clips on my editing program, then I record audio clips with the microphone built into my iMac. I add all of the voices, sound effects and music as I edit. It's a grueling process that takes hours of extra work, but to me it is worth it for a quality video.

Q: Where did you get your sound effects from?
A: I get them from my editing program and various royalty free websites.

Q: Where do you get your props from?
A: I use Groovy Girls, Bratz or Barbie playsets or accessories that I've had since I was younger. I also make some of my props, like the runway in Fashionista.

Q: How long does it take you to make a video?
A: My older videos only took a few hours, but as I progressed in video making I worked harder to make them more professional. When I made my more recent videos I spent at least 24 hours on each episode.

Q: Does anyone help you with your videos?
A: My sister Alicia helped me film a few difficult scenes in FLB. Alicia also does some of the voice overs!

Q: Will you delete your videos one day?
A: Nope! I will keep my videos on YouTube forever.

COMMON REQUESTS

Q: Will you subscribe to me?
A: I subscribe to channels that I am interested in.

Q: Can I make a series like FLB and give you credit for the ideas?
A: No, please use your own ideas. I will not tolerate someone re-using my ideas in their own video.

Q: Can you give me ideas and I'll give you credit for them?
A: No, please think of your own ideas. YouTube is about being creative.

Q: Can I make a parody or my own version of FLB?
A: No, please do not use my ideas in any way.

Q: Can I make a series like Fashionista?
A: Fashionista is exactly like Project Runway, you can make a series like Project Runway but please do not name it Fashionista.

Q: Can you give me ideas for a series?
A: If you want to have your own series you need to be prepared to think of your own ideas.

ADVICE

Q: How do you deal with the people that copy you?
A: I understand that people are inspired by me, but if a person copies my entire video or a character that I created it might bother me. It's something I've learned to ignore and not be bothered by. People have their own reasons for copying, and although I do not agree with their reasons, I can only ask them politely to not copy me in the future. I believe it is morally wrong to copy or imitate someone's ideas; it simply shows they lack their own creativity and originality.

Q: How do I get people to subscribe to me?
A: People will admire originality and creativity if it intrigues them. There isn't a secret method to gain subscribers. I believe the best way to gain an audience on YouTube is to produce videos that you've worked your hardest on. Be yourself, there is no reason to try to be like someone else. People will notice you for who you are and the videos you make if they are original and entertaining. Asking your friends to watch your videos and share them with their friends is another way to gain an audience when you're new on YouTube. You will not gain hundreds of subscribers over night, it will take time and dedication to gain a fan-base. Once you start gaining subscribers, appreciate them! Having a friendly personality is important when creating your image on YouTube. Stay out of drama and focus on what really matters -- making videos you're proud of! Remember, subscribers aren't everything and although they are wonderful have, don't stress out about the number of subscribers that you have.

Q: How do you deal with hate accounts or rude comments?
A: Dealing with haters is something that takes time to ignore. I used to really struggle with people bullying me online because there were multiple hate accounts made about me devoted to hating me. What I've learned is that you need to ignore them and simply block them. If you don't give them a reaction or tell anybody about their hate account they'll go away!

Q: How do you ignore drama?
A: I block anyone who tries to start drama and I delete rude comments.

Q: Why would somebody make a hate account about me?
A: They're jealous!

YOUTUBE LAYOUTS

Q: What did you use to make your channel background?
A: I used Photoshop CS and ImageReady CS.

Q: Can you make me a layout?
A: Sorry, I do not have the time to make layouts for other people.

Q: Can I use your layout or one of your old layouts?
A: No, I made them myself and I would not like someone to steal my work!

WEBSITE

Q: What template did you use on Webs?
A: I didn't use a template, my older sister designed it for me.

Q: How did you make your website?
A: My sister used HTML, CSS, javascript and other advanced coding.

Q: Can your sister make me a website?
A: No, she does not have the time to make websites for free.
